Wellington Airport Regional Community Awards

We were delighted to be at the Wellington Airport Regional Community Awards (Wellington City) last night, and even more delighted to accept the prize for Runner Up in the Heritage and Environment category. Our amazing team of volunteers have worked so hard over the last few years, and especially the last few months with our relaunch, to create a volunteering platform that is free and easy to use. This is such a welcome acknowledgement of that mahi! Thank you to all of our wonderful volunteers over the years.

It was a treat too to be reminded of all the fantastic work going on in the Pōneke community. Congratulations to all the nominees, finalists and winners, especially to Animal Evac New Zealand who took out our category and went on to win the Supreme Award! Good luck at the Regional finals.
